Casa Kink is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected. Accessibility and diversity are core to our values, and we strive to create a space that meets a wide range of needs.
Physical Accessibility
Wheelchair Access: The main play areas, social spaces, and toilets are wheelchair accessible. We have taken steps to ensure these areas are navigable and accommodating for all.
Limited Accessibility Areas: Please note that some spaces, including the sensual area and private room, are located upstairs and are not wheelchair accessible.
Sensory and Emotional Accessibility
Quiet Spaces: For those who may feel overwhelmed or need a moment to decompress, we offer quieter social and cuddle areas where you can step away from the main activities. These spaces are ideal for neurodivergent individuals or anyone who needs a sensory break.
Lighting and Sound: We aim to maintain balanced lighting and sound levels throughout the venue. However, if you have specific sensitivities, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Communication and Assistance
Clear Communication: Staff and event facilitators are trained in inclusive communication and are happy to assist with specific needs or provide additional explanations for activities and guidelines.
Visual and Written Information: Event schedules, house rules, and other materials are available in clear, easy-to-read formats. Let us know if alternate formats are needed.
Commitment to Individual Needs
We understand that accessibility means different things to different people. If you require specific accommodations or have suggestions on how we can better support you, please reach out to us in advance or speak with our staff on-site.
Casa Kink is a space built on mutual respect, inclusivity, and care. We are here to support your experience and ensure that everyone can participate in ways that feel safe, comfortable, and affirming.
We welcome your feedback as we continue to grow and improve our accessibility efforts.
